To set up HP Instant Ink, first, sign up on HP's official website. Connect your printer to Wi-Fi and insert the Instant Ink cartridge. Activate the service via the HP Smart app or the printer display. Once activated, HP will automatically send new cartridges when ink runs low, so you don’t have to buy them manually.
If your printer shows offline or jobs are stuck in the queue, restart both the printer and your PC. Check the printer connection (USB/Wi-Fi) and set it as the default printer. Clear the print queue from "Devices and Printers" or restart the "Print Spooler" service. Updating printer drivers or reinstalling the printer can also fix the issue.
